What can we help with?

The agreement that we have made about the product and the means to be delivered can clearly be found on the invoice or quotation that you receive in our showroom, which we always send by e-mail. After signing the invoice you agree to the invoice and the terms and conditions.

Make service request

A service request for your Welvaere product can easily be made on the right. These are the steps:
1. Clearly state your own details with the invoice number;
2. Describe the complaint as comprehensively as possible;
3. Always send along several photos or videos. We will then have as clear a picture as possible of the problem in question.

Warranty conditions

Welvaere provides warranty on all products purchased from us. As standard, we provide a three-year warranty on the products. First, the standard manufacturer's warranty always applies and we extend it to three years. This warranty applies only to private use of our products. For business use, other conditions apply.
