A simple description of how the ABCAT® HOTTUB works is: what does not burn in the stove gets a second chance to burn in the filter. 🔥 So it allows you to stoke with fewer emissions and reduces odor, emissions of (fine) dust and harmful compounds.

Stopping by Welvaere in Nijkerk is always a treat - at least if you like nice conversation and good coffee. Tea is also allowed, or cola, or water, whatever you feel like. And the conversation is not only fun, it's also expert. Because our advisors Kevin, Sven, Bart & Joppe know everything about our products.

And would you like to test sit or light the stove yourself? Of course, that's no problem either. That's nice, because when you buy a hot tub, sauna or spa, you want to know where you stand.

We are the designers and makers of our products. At Welvaere you will find multiple production halls and factories where our products take shape, all on Dutch soil.

Unique in the Netherlands is that we have set up our own Ducktub . On average, dozens Ducktubs roll off the production line Ducktubs week for customers in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium, among others. Each Ducktub made to order and passes through various stations in the production hall. True Dutch craftsmanship!

We choose to use high-quality materials so that you can enjoy your Ducktub for years to come.

• The wooden surround is made of Thermo wood;
• The inner shell is made of strong fiberglass-reinforced plastic;
• Our wood stoves are made of stainless steel 304 & stainless steel 316;
• Our built-in systems are from the American brand Balboa, a leading brand in the wellness world.

At Welvaere , we pride ourselves on the high quality of our hot tubs, starting with the tubs that are constructed from five layers:

1. BÜFA®-Marine-NPG-Gelcoat-S INT

2. BÜFA®-VE-Barriercoat-SV

3. Fiberglass and polyester lamination layers (2.5 mm-3.5 mm).

4. Coremat 3 mm layer in special places to increase strength

5. Fiberglass and polister laminate layers (0.7 mm-1 mm).

This ensures you have a super strong tub that can withstand lots of use and different weather conditions. 💪
