Own hot tub and sauna production

Unique in the Netherlands is that we have set up our own hot tub production. On average, about 30 hot tubs per week (in the high season) roll out of this production for customers in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, among others. Each hot tub is made to customer order and rolls along the various stations in the production hall with the quotation.

In Putten, a small town among the countryside, our Tønsaunas are made. So at Welvaere you also buy an outdoor sauna made in the Netherlands. On average, about 10 saunas a week are made in our Tønsauna factory and 5 are built in the garden. In fact, that is how we usually do it; the sauna comes rolling out of production as a package and then a team of sauna builders builds it in the garden.

Many of our own wooden accessories also come from our own production. For example, we have a production line in Nijkerk on Saturdays where bottoms, steps, tables and filter boxes are made, among other things. In Putten we have a production line where the larger accessories such as the wood storage and outdoor showers are made.
