The hot tub with bubbles is a more luxurious version of the traditional hot tub. Traditionally a hot tub does not have this, but because we do our own production you also have the possibility to choose for bubbles in the hot tub.

So first you sit relaxed listening to rustling leaves and crackling wood, then at the touch of a button you can sit back, let bubbling air bubbles massage your back and bring the famous spa feeling'' into your garden.
The hot tub with bubbles is frequently compared to a hot tub. Yet it is slightly different. A hot tub is an outdoor pool whose water is made warm by stoking a wood-burning stove. Thanks to natural circulation, the cold water is heated via tubes that run through the stove. No electricity is needed for this. You can build the bubbles into an electric hot tub or a wood-fired hot tub.
The bubble system in your hot tub is an option. This is what you choose. In our workshop, this system is assembled in the hot tub. The bubble system is from the well-known American brand Balboa and is of high quality. With bubbles in the hot tub, you can enjoy quality and relaxation!

When you choose a bubble system during the configuration of your hot tub, it is installed in our workshop in the hot tub tub. The 12 bubble cups are distributed evenly throughout the tub. Eight in the back area and four at the feet.
The bubble system gives your Ducktub a real upgrade and is from the well-known American brand Balboa. Balboa is market leader in the field of heating and components in the Jacuzzi and hot tub world. High quality and always ready for the ultimate relaxation this brand fits our Ducktubs perfectly. Unique in the Netherlands you only get a hot tub with a system of this brand at Welvaere .
The bubble cups are driven by a very quiet motor, which you hardly hear, it sucks in the air and blows it out towards the cups. This motor is incorporated behind the wooden lining of the hot tub. By means of an air pressure button in the wood, on the side of the hot tub, you turn on the bubbles. The pump can simply be connected to the home, garden and kitchen network of 220/230 volts.
The power cost of a hot tub with bubbles is amazingly low. In fact, the bubbling system consumes only 0.3 kWh. 1 kwH costs about 0.40 cents these days. That's less than 15 cents per hour and a whole lot less than a vacuum cleaner. So if you spend an evening in the hot tub and the bubbles are on all evening, then your electricity costs are about 1 euro 50.
By comparison: a hot tub or whirlpool costs about € 5 euros per day and has to be on every day, all year round if you want to jump in at any time of the day. So are you going to float in your outdoor pool about twice a week? Then the annual electricity costs of a hot tub can quickly add up. If you go in your (wood-fired) hot tub with bubbles twice a week, this will cost you just over 150 euros in electricity for the bubbles.

After the hot summer, rainy fall, freezing winter and sunny spring, it is actually always a good time to service the hot tub. If you want to enjoy the hot tub for as long as possible, we recommend giving the hot tub a bigger service every change of season.
During such maintenance, it is useful to take care of the filter system. Clean the tub properly. Check the wood and varnish it if necessary and clean the stove properly. If you do it right, maintaining the hot tub really isn't much work. You just have to do it.
A hot tub with bubbles gives a completely different experience, without losing the traditional hot tub feel. Are you hosting a small party? Then the bubbles are a perfect add-on for a festive atmosphere.
Want a romantic evening? Then the bubbles are there to give you the feeling of a luxurious private spa. Want to get all zen on your own? Then the soft, monotone sound of the bubbles can put you in a meditative state. And don't feel like bubbles at all? Then just turn them off and listen to the crackling wood of the stove.
The hot tub itself also has a number of benefits. For example, it lowers your blood pressure and speeds up your metabolism. In addition, the happiness hormone "serotonin" is produced in a hot tub, which makes you feel happier, and helps eliminate stress.
As icing on the cake, it also helps you fall asleep comfortably. This is because after you get out of the bath, your body has to cool down again. This process also happens before you go to sleep. So you fool your body a little bit, causing metabolic functions to slow down already and causing you to produce the sleep hormone "melatonin. A good night's sleep is guaranteed!
