Wellness can be thought of as a kind of lifestyle. The word wellness is a combination of well-being and fitness. Here it is essential that the body and mind are healthy. Therefore, visiting a spa is not the definition of wellness, but it can promote the health of your body and mind.
Today, most do lead busy lives; some like it better than others. It's good to take a break every now and then. The spa offers a solution to give yourself a little peace of mind. At Welvaere we sell the original hot tubs, as they were traditionally conceived in Scandinavia only a bit more modern. But what makes the difference between the hot tub, the Jacuzzi and the Whirlpool?
First, the hot tub, our own product. A hot tub is a traditional Scandinavian product and consisted of a wooden barrel filled with water. The wooden barrel was heated by a wood fire. Today the hot tub has undergone an upgrade, the wooden barrel has received a plastic inner tub. The hot tub is the most classic form of spa tub and is sometimes considered the precursor to the new-fangled spa. You can make a hot tub as modern as you like. Consider adding a bubble, jet and LED system.

- Round spa bath
- Wooden frame
- Traditional wood-fired (but also electric possible)

Jacuzzi is not actually a category among spa baths. Jacuzzi is actually just a brand name of a company that makes hot tubs. So the spa bath referred to as Jacuzzi is simply a hot tub. The name has become so well known that it is used appropriately and inappropriately for almost any hot tub.

Finally, the Whirlpool, this too is a type of whirlpool tub. Whirlpool literally means whirlpool. The bath is characterized by the jets of water pumped into the whirlpool. The distinction between a standard bubble bath and a whirlpool is that a bubble bath uses air to create bubbles and in a whirlpool, water is used to get the whirlpool effect.
