The hot tub - sauna combination

The advantage of this is that the body cools down relatively quickly. When using a hot tub as an immersion bath, the water should have a temperature between 10 and 15 degrees.
After cooling down in the hot tub, you can heat the water to rest yourself after the sauna bath and warm up as well. In this way, in your own wellness paradise, you use the hot tub in two different ways!
