Aromas for relaxation

A hot tub, of course, already provides a great base for relaxation, but you can make this experience even finer with aromas. Fragrances have a strong influence on our well-being and can help calm both body and mind.

For example, you can choose from scents such as Exotic Breeze, Purifying Leaves, Sugary Melon and Dreamy Summer. These fragrances are known for their relaxing and calming properties and will let you completely unwind.

How do you use these flavors?

Using aromatics in your hot tub is very simple. Pour 10 to 25 milliliters of the aroma into the center of your hot tub and stir through the water to make sure the oil is dispersed throughout the water.

Tips for unwinding in your hot tub

There are several ways to make your hot tub experience extra soothing. Here are some tips:

  • Temperature: Make sure the water in your hot tub is a comfortable temperature. Ideally, it should be between 37 and 39 degrees Celsius. Too hot water can be tiring, while too cold water does not offer enough relaxation.
  • Hydration: It is important to stay hydrated while in the hot tub. Take a nice bottle of water with you and make sure you drink a few sips regularly.
  • Soothing music: Create a calming atmosphere with soft background music. Nature sounds, quiet music or even a meditation podcast can help you relax completely. Just whatever suits you best.
  • Massage jets: Take full advantage of the massage jets in your hot tub. These can help relieve muscle pain and improve blood circulation, contributing to deeper relaxation.
  • Hot tub accessories: In addition to using aromas, there are other hot tub accessories that can help ensure a nice experience in your hot tub. For example, it can be nice to use a scrub after your soothing hot tub session or you can make measuring the temperature easier by placing a nice thermometer in your water.

Enjoy your homemade spa

Your own hot tub is not only a place to relax, but also an investment in your well-being. By regularly spending time in your hot tub, you can enjoy several health benefits. The warm water can help reduce muscle tension, relieve joint pain and improve sleep quality.
