Depending on the heater you choose, your hot tub will heat up in about 2 hours and you can then enjoy the warm water. 

How much electricity does a hot tub for 4 people consume?

The power consumption of a 4-person hot tub depends on several factors, including the type of heater, frequency of use and environmental conditions. As a type of power connection, a hot tub does not require power. All of our systems operate on a regular power connection. 

Electric hot tubs are popular because of their ease of use and easy temperature control. The electric element uses 3000 watts and this is the peak power. The water in the 4 person hot tub heats up electrically at a rate of 1 to 2 degrees in the hour. Keep in mind that the electric system consumes less in summer than in winter.
