Of course you want to enjoy your Ducktub for as long as possible. That's why we've designed the hot tubs to require little maintenance and have practical options you can add.
- Never leaves in the hot tub through the cover
- Always do 2/3 months with your water through the filtration system
- Once a year treat the wooden frame with tar-oil

Heat and enjoy
As your feet touch the warm water you immediately feel all the tension disappear from your body. This is only possible in the wonderfully warm water of your Ducktub, ideally around 37 °C. For heating you have several options.
- Heating with wood fire
- Heating with Balboa system
- The wood stove and electric heating combined (hybrid)
- Heating with a biodiesel stove

Sauna and hot tub
When we were at Welvaere I actually really liked a hot tub too. At first it was not to be, but then we decided to buy both right away.
Sauna installed to complete satisfaction
We like it very much. We bought the sauna purely for relaxation. Especially in winter, we love to warm up in it. We light the hot tub about 4 or 5 times a week.
Enjoying together with the whole family
I like the hot tub incredibly well. I have also used the hot tub much more than I expected. Even in the summer time, when it was a perfect little pool for the kids.
A vacation feeling every day
So delicious. We also opted for the bubbly. When we get out of work we go in for a treat. I cook in my bikini and bathrobe these days! So I can get right back in after dinner. You just always feel like you're on vacation when you get home.
Enjoying the Ducktub under the Spanish sun
In the evening, we enjoy with a nice drink with it, a wine, beer or just a soda. I also love to read in the hot tub. If I'm up earlier in the morning I go in with my book. That really is an extra pampering moment.

Designed and made in the Netherlands
We are the designers and makers of our products. At Welvaere you will find multiple production halls and factories where our products take shape, all on Dutch soil.
Unique in the Netherlands is that we have set up our own Ducktub production. On average, dozens of Ducktubs roll out of this production every week for customers in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, among others. Each Ducktub is made to customer order and passes several stations in the production hall. Real Dutch craftsmanship!

- The wooden surround is made of Thermo wood;
- The inner shell is made of strong fiberglass-reinforced plastic;
- Our wood stoves are made of stainless steel 304 & stainless steel 316;
- Our built-in systems are from the American brand Balboa, a leading brand in the wellness world.
Our hot tub tubs of the best quality
At Welvaere , we pride ourselves on the high quality of our hot tubs, starting with the tubs that are constructed from five layers:
1. BÜFA®-Marine-NPG-Gelcoat-S INT
2. BÜFA®-VE-Barriercoat-SV
3. Fiberglass and polister lamination layers (2.5mm-3.5mm).
4. Coremat 3 mm layer ir special places to increase strength
5. Fiberglass and polister lamination layers (0.7mm-1 mm).
