Utenflåmm - BBQ

The Utenflåmm consists of three different compartments. In the middle is the part where the fire is made and the hot coals fall down.

On the right side is the grill compartment and on the left side is the oven compartment. These can both be heated up by sliding the hot coals from the fire compartment to the desired side.

Adventurous outdoor cooking on a wood fire, that's what you do with Welvaere. Cooking outside on your own stoked fire, that really brings something enchanting to your backyard.

And outdoor cooking is not only necessary when it is hot, once you have tasted this way of preparing food you really don't want to do anything else. Every day becomes a moment to enjoy your own creations. Summer and winter. Rain and sunshine.

Stopping by Welvaere in Nijkerk is always a treat - at least if you like nice conversation and good coffee. Tea is also allowed, or cola, or water, whatever you feel like.
