Health Benefits of Saunas

Allistair emphasizes the health benefits of the sauna. "When your body warms up in the sauna and you stay in it for a while, you trigger your body's natural cooling mechanisms." By seeking out the heat (and cold) regularly, as Overeem does, you get the most out of your body. He uses his sauna on average twice a week and varies the duration of his sessions, sometimes 20-30 minutes, sometimes longer.
