Tar Oil

A treatment with tar oil protects the wood of the hot tub and sauna from drying out and cracking. This also keeps the beautiful structure of the wood visible through the tar.

Tar oil is a brown to dark brown viscous liquid that can be used to treat the wooden surround of the hot tub or the outside of the sauna.

Protect the wood of your sauna/hot tub

Tar oil has highly impregnating properties that prevent moisture from penetrating the wood. This makes it difficult for algae and fungi to develop. This oil is a 100% natural product and has a strong smoky smell. It is easy to apply to the wood with a brush.

The 750 ml size is perfect for a hot tub or our smallest saunas. The 2500 ml size is enough for a medium-sized or large sauna.
