Delivery of your wellness product

The Ducktubs delivered completely free of charge in the Netherlands (excluding delivery to the Wadden Islands and models that are available for immediate delivery). You will need to arrange for people to help you lift the hot tub during delivery. If it is not possible to easily place the hot tub in the garden, a crane will need to be arranged. This is not included in our delivery costs.

When you buy a sauna from Welvaere , you have the option of choosing a sauna that will be built in your backyard, an assembled sauna delivered with a crane or a self-assembly package. When we come to build the sauna there are additional costs for building and transportation.

Do you purchase a product from Welvaere through the webshop or is it delivered by an external party? Then we or the external supplier will always inform you of the delivery time. It depends on the size and type of package which supplier we use. We work together with DHL, Besseling, Bos and de Haan transport.
