Delivery of your wellness product

The Ducktubs are delivered completely free of charge in the Netherlands (excluding delivery to Wadden Islands and direct delivery models) For during delivery you need to arrange some people to help lift the hot tub. If there is no possibility to easily place the hot tub in the garden then a crane needs to be arranged. This is not included in our delivery fee.

When you buy a sauna from Welvaere , you have the option of choosing a sauna that will be built in your backyard, delivered with a crane or a self-assembly package. When we come to build the sauna, there is an additional cost for construction and transportation.

Do you purchase a product from Welvaere via the webshop or is it delivered by an external party? Then we or the external supplier will always inform you of the delivery time. It depends on the size and type of package which supplier we use. We work together with DHL, Besseling, Bos and de Haan transport.
