The cost of a hot tub depends on the choices you make. Consider the size, the method of heating and the additional options you choose. In addition, how often you use the Ducktub and whether you choose an electric or wood-fired hot tub will also matter to your monthly costs.
In order to give a good price indication, it is important for us to know what your wishes are. For example; how many people would like to use the hot tub? What do you want to use the hot tub for? If you have not quite figured this out yet, we are happy to help you find your ideal hot tub.
The cost of purchasing a hot tub varies widely. At Welvaere , you can buy a hot tub starting at around €3,000. We work with a basic price that includes a number of standard options. You always have the option of upgrading a hot tub with luxury options or by choosing a larger size. You can make your hot tub purchase as expensive as you want.

For a wood-fired hot tub, of course, you don't need electricity unless you have options such as a filtration system or bubbles. For an electric hot tub, you do need power. This does not have to be power current, unlike jacuzzis. The cost of power depends on how much you use the hot tub, whether you always have it on and current prices for energy.

Hot tub water obviously needs to be changed regularly. When this should happen depends on several factors. Do you have a filter pump? Then the water will last up to 3 months. Without it, this is about a week. The price of water varies by municipality. The Vitens website has a handy tool where you can calculate the price of water in your municipality. When you want to heat up a 1000 liter hot tub you will use on average about 2/3 bags of wood. One bag of wood costs about 4 euros on average. If you heat a hot tub several days in a row, you will also need less wood the next day.
